Job Responsibilities

Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

Create engaging graphics for educational consultancy and student visa services.

Prepare and format student visa application documents, including SOPs, Personal Statements, Study Plans, and Motivation Letters.

Coordinate with counsellors to prepare personalised student application statements.

Review documents for grammar, accuracy, and professional presentation.

Maintain brand consistency and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual communication.

Ability to create attractive, professional, and audience-focused marketing materials.

Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Good understanding of academic writing and professional document formatting.

Ability to understand student profiles and organise information into clear, well-structured application statements.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with counsellors and students.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and organisational skills.

Ability to handle confidential student information responsibly.
Education
Graduation
Experience
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer in a consultancy, educational institution, digital marketing agency, or related organisation is preferred.
