Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about study opportunities in the UK and EU countries based on their academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and available study options.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities and academic programs.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including application preparation, document verification, submission, and follow-up.
- Provide guidance on student visa requirements, documentation, financial evidence, and application procedures.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with partner universities, institutional representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and organization of education fairs, seminars, promotional events, and student counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records, application trackers, and counselling reports.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Strong student counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of UK and EU higher education systems and admission procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Good computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and online application portals.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a student-oriented mindset.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an education consultancy, international student recruitment, or overseas admission counselling.
- Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience are not eligible to apply.
