Job Responsibilities
- Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
Requirements

Ability to operate welding, brazing, and soldering machines safely and efficiently

Strong understanding of welding processes, metal fabrication, and repair work

Ability to identify welding defects and take corrective action

Skilled in maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding equipment

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials
Education
No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
