Job Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care and supervision to children.
• Support children with daily routines, including meals, personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and rest time as appropriate.
• Ensure a safe, clean, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.
• Assist teachers and classroom staff with daily activities and routines.
• Support children during play, creative activities, outdoor activities, and learning sessions.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and communication development.
• Supervise children during arrival, dismissal, break times, lunch, outdoor play, and school activities.
• Observe children’s behaviour, wellbeing, and developmental needs and report concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Provide additional support and reassurance to children who may require extra assistance.
• Help prepare and organise classroom materials, toys, activities, and learning resources.
• Maintain appropriate records and follow school procedures when required.
• Communicate professionally with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team.
• Follow the school’s Safeguarding, Child Protection, Health & Safety, and Behaviour Policies.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Class Teacher, Head of School, or School Management
