Job Responsibilities

- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately by answering or referring inquiries in a polite manner.

- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatch them to the concerned end by maintaining a proper register.

- Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with official rules and regulations.

- Any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Excellent computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Standard Communication skills.

- Fast typing skills.

- Standard proficiency in English.

Education

Graduation Completed.

Experience

Minimum 1 Year.
