Job Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Provide product or service information to customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Use CRM software to manage customer data and interactions.
  • Prepare and present customer activity reports.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.



  • Minimum 1 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Having basic computer knowledge with MS Office.  
  • Excellent verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and reporting.


  • Minimum H.S.C


  • Minimum 1 years of experience.
