Job Responsibilities

- Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls and  follow-ups.

- Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.

- Determine to support or assist customers.

- Provide product information & taking feed back to the prospective clients.

- Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily/ monthly  in case of need.

- Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team's help.

- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Communication in English.

- Customer Support/ Client Service.

- Fluent in English Speaking.

- Telemarketing/ Telecommunication in well fitting manner.

- Age 20 to 30 years.

- Having experience in Facebook & E-Commerce platforms will get a preference.

- A team worker who believes in team commitment.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must.

- Honest, Smart, and Energetic in any atmosphere.

- We are setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution.

- Good English and Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills are a must.

- Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Education

Minimum HSC.

Experience

- At most 1-2 years considered additive quality.

- Freshers  also can apply.
