Job Responsibilities

1. Answer and direct phone calls for the director.

2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

3. Maintain contact lists.

4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

6. Develop and maintain a filing system.

7. Dealing with email inquiries.

8. Necessary tasks of the director and reporting. 


- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of office applications i.e. MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, are required.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Good understanding of emails and know how to deal with queries.

- Skilled in time management.

- Good observation and reporting skills.


Graduation Complete.
