Job Responsibilities

- Welcoming and directing them appropriately by answering or referring inquiries in a polite manner.

- Receive and handle all quires of customers as per standard operational procedure.

- Ensure solutions of every problem within given time.

- Communicate with vendors and other stakeholders.

- Responsible for collecting customers feedback & provide it to the management as per requirement.

- Performing basic administrative tasks like answering the phone, emails etc.

- Any other tasks given from management.

Requirements

- Standard Computer Skill.
- Standard English Skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

- Graduation Completed.
