Job Responsibilities

1. The primary duty is to greet visitors, and receive and resolve quires.
2. Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain required documentation.
4. Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of front-end operation and required reporting to upper management.
5. Any other assigned tasks are given by management.

Requirements

- Ready to work under stress and pressure
- Maintain daily sales, inventory, and cash.
- Maintain staff and reception software.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Smart and honest.

Education

Minimum H.S.C

Experience

- Freshers. But experience candidates will get preference.

Other Details

- Duty time 9 hours. 
- Monthly holiday 3 days, no weekly holidays.
