- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately by answering or referring inquiries in a polite manner.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.

- Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding or screening calls as necessary.
- Monitoring and evaluating student files and undertaking regular audit checks to ensure that they meet the university requirements before they can be submitted to the university.
- Preparing students for Pre-CAS-interviews: updating them with the changes in immigration laws; preparing materials for Pre-CAS interviews depending on students intellectual ability.
- Strong communication skill in English both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Computer skill.
Graduate in any discipline.
