Job Responsibilities

- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.

- Providing information to customers.

- Closing sales deals.

- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

- Updating customer details.


- Must have Computer Skill.

- Communication skill in English and Bangla.


- Minimum HSC / A Level.


- 1 year experience in tele calling.

Other Details

- Target based job
- Night shift: 5pm to 1am
- Monday to Friday
