1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately by answering or referring inquiries in a polite manner.
2. Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatching them to the concerned end by maintaining a proper register.
3. Any other task assigned by the management.
