Job Responsibilities

• Guide students on educational opportunities, programs, and career pathways.
• Assist in preparing and processing student applications accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with students regularly and support them throughout the application process.
• Handle documentation and day-to-day office coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide students confidently and professionally
• Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, Email communication
• Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good work ethics
• Strong attention to detail for handling applications and documents

Strong English proficiency spoken & written

Education

Minimum qualification: HSC pass


Experience
