Job Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites Elementor & custom themes.

Work with PHP & MySQL for backend customization and troubleshooting.

Manage hosting environments including Hostinger, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and cloud/VPS servers.

Configure & manage DNS, SSL certificates, website migrations, backups, and security setups.

Diagnose and fix plugin conflicts, backend errors, and performance issues.

Optimize site speed, performance, and security.

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality outputs.

Ensure clean, well-documented, and optimized code.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with website deployment, hosting management, and cloud server operations.

Ability to handle troubleshooting, debugging, and solving technical issues quickly.

Familiarity with cPanel, WHM, and various hosting dashboards.

Understanding of website optimization speed, SEO basics, security hardening.

Ability to work independently during assigned hours and deliver tasks on time.

Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or any related field.

Education may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates with proven experience.
Experience

2–4 years of professional experience in WordPress development.

Proven experience handling website migrations, performance optimization, and backend fixes.
-
Portfolio or examples of previous work will be required.
Other Details
Working Hours:
5 days/week — 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM Remote
