Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity and network issues
Maintain and monitor network equipment and systems
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of internet services
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
Work closely with the technical team to improve service quality
Basic knowledge of computer networks, routers, and internet technologies
Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Candidates with experience in ISP or IT sector will get preference
