Provide academic, career, and personal counselling to students.
Assist students in course selection, university applications, and career planning.
Offer support for mental health concerns and connect students with appropriate resources.
Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation.
Conduct workshops on career development, time management, and study skills.
Collaborate with school/university administration to address student needs.
Guide international students with visa processes, documentation, and cultural adjustment.
Support student orientation, onboarding, and welfare programs.
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with care, empathy, and confidentiality.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
