Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
Assist in preparing quotations, bills, challans, and other documents
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages
Support purchase, sales, and delivery-related activities
Maintain stock records and assist with inventory updates
Ensure office cleanliness and smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks
Provide general support to the management team
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in administrative/office work freshers may also apply
Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email handling
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Honest, punctual, and good at maintaining confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
