Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records

  • Assist in preparing quotations, bills, challans, and other documents

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages

  • Support purchase, sales, and delivery-related activities

  • Maintain stock records and assist with inventory updates

  • Ensure office cleanliness and smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks

  • Provide general support to the management team

Requirements

 

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative/office work freshers may also apply

  • Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email handling

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Honest, punctual, and good at maintaining confidentiality

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

1–2 years of experience in administrative/office work freshers may also apply
