Respond to customer inquiries politely and clearly phone, messenger, or in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding internet packages, services, and offers.
Identify customer problems and solve them efficiently or forward them to the technical/support team when required.
Maintain customer information, call logs, and service records properly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups when needed.
Support daily office activities and coordinate with other departments.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and smartphone operation skills.
Friendly, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
Age: 18–25 years.
Minimum SSC/HSC passed higher education is a plus.
