Job Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries politely and clearly phone, messenger, or in-person.

  • Provide accurate information regarding internet packages, services, and offers.

  • Identify customer problems and solve them efficiently or forward them to the technical/support team when required.

  • Maintain customer information, call logs, and service records properly.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups when needed.

  • Support daily office activities and coordinate with other departments.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Basic computer and smartphone operation skills.

  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.

 

Education

 

  • Age: 18–25 years.

  • Minimum SSC/HSC passed higher education is a plus.
