Job Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping/cleaning staff

  • Assign daily cleaning duties and prepare work schedules

  • Ensure all areas rooms, offices, common areas, washrooms are cleaned to required standards

  • Inspect work areas regularly and ensure quality control

  • Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory

  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Handle staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring

  • Address complaints or special cleaning requests promptly

  • Coordinate with management and other departments when required

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Basic communication skills verbal and written

  • Physically fit and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work flexible hours if required

HSC

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
