Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations according to national pharmaceutical regulations.
Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately with proper labeling and counseling.
Provide detailed guidance to patients regarding medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, sales, and patient counseling as per Pharmacy Council requirements.
Monitor stock levels, forecast medicine demand, and coordinate procurement to ensure essential drug availability.
Supervise, train, and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
Ensure appropriate storage, handling, and disposal of medicines, including controlled substances.
Maintain coordination with local health authorities and ensure all licensing, renewals, and audits are up to date.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
8–10 years of professional experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy.
