Job Responsibilities

A reputed pharmacy run under an international NGO is looking for a Category A Licensed Pharmacist to take full charge of pharmacy management, regulatory compliance, and high-standard pharmaceutical service delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the pharmacy team and ensuring safe and efficient medication practices.

• Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations according to national pharmaceutical regulations.

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately with proper labeling and counseling.

• Provide detailed guidance to patients regarding medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.

• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, sales, and patient counseling as per Pharmacy Council requirements.

• Monitor stock levels, forecast medicine demand, and coordinate procurement to ensure essential drug availability.

• Supervise, train, and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

• Ensure appropriate storage, handling, and disposal of medicines, including controlled substances.

• Maintain coordination with local health authorities and ensure all licensing, renewals, and audits are up to date.
