Assemble, install, and configure desktop and laptop computers
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues efficiently
Perform regular maintenance and repair of computer systems
Replace faulty hardware components when required
Install operating systems, drivers, and basic software
Provide technical support and ensure system performance
Maintain records of repairs and services
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
Hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting PCs & laptops
Ability to identify and solve hardware-related problems
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Honest, responsible, and committed to work
Ability to work independently and in a team
Diploma or Honours in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Professional hardware training/certification will be an advantage
3–4 years of practical experience in computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
