Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide software and technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues efficiently

  • Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic training

  • Maintain support logs and documentation of reported issues and solutions

  • Escalate complex technical problems to the development or senior technical team

  • Ensure timely follow-up and high levels of customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

 

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of software applications and IT systems

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and software products

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

 

Education

Honours degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline

Experience

1–2 years of experience in software support, IT support, or a related field is preferred
