Provide software and technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues efficiently
Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic training
Maintain support logs and documentation of reported issues and solutions
Escalate complex technical problems to the development or senior technical team
Ensure timely follow-up and high levels of customer satisfaction
Basic to intermediate knowledge of software applications and IT systems
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn new technologies and software products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Honours degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline
1–2 years of experience in software support, IT support, or a related field is preferred
