Key Responsibilities
• Conduct tele-consultations with U.S.-based patients to assess medical conditions and determine eligibility for insurance-related medical certifications.
• Support and complete medical certification processes in coordination with insurance providers and internal administrative teams.
• Review, prepare, and maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with U.S. healthcare standards and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders in both verbal and written English.
• Assist with administrative duties related to patient intake, medical records, authorizations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely case resolution and optimal patient experience.
• Participate in training, quality assurance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work on-site as required and adhere to assigned schedules and operational guidelines.

Qualifications
M.B.B.S degree from any reputed medical college in Bangladesh.
• Prior clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with telemedicine or insurance-related documentation is an advantage.
Ki Monthly salary: 70000.00 to 100000.00
