Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a polite and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales

  • Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic sales documentation

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales

  • Coordinate with the store manager regarding stock and customer feedback

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

  • Ability to convince and close sales

  • Basic computer knowledge POS, billing software, or MS Office is a plus

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Diploma

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom sales / retail sales

Other Details

Total Salary: BDT 15,000 including salary + incentive
