Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Promote consultancy services to corporate and individual clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with management
Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales and activity reports to management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English and Bangla written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Any.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy services
Experience in education, immigration, HR, or management consultancy
Existing corporate or institutional client network
Digital marketing or lead-generation experience
