Job Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception activities

  • Receive and assist students, visitors, and customers politely

  • Handle cash collection, receipts, and daily cash maintenance

  • Maintain good customer relationships and respond to inquiries

  • Keep records, files, and front desk documentation

  • Support basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

 

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, Email

  • Ability to handle cash responsibly

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Honest, presentable, and well-mannered

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Basic knowledge on MS office and internet applications.

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Experience

 

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or education institutes will be preferred
