Manage front desk and reception activities
Receive and assist students, visitors, and customers politely
Handle cash collection, receipts, and daily cash maintenance
Maintain good customer relationships and respond to inquiries
Keep records, files, and front desk documentation
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned
Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, Email
Ability to handle cash responsibly
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, presentable, and well-mannered
Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Basic knowledge on MS office and internet applications.
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Freshers are encouraged to apply
1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or education institutes will be preferred
