Promote restaurant services, banquet programs, events, and food packages
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
Conduct regular customer, corporate, and event planner visits
Generate bookings for banquets, parties, corporate programs, and catering services
Collect, maintain, and report customer feedback to management
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer relationship management ability
Willingness to visit corporate offices and event clients
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented
Basic computer and reporting skills
Minimum HSC / Graduate from a recognized institution
