Job Responsibilities

 

  • Promote restaurant services, banquet programs, events, and food packages

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients

  • Conduct regular customer, corporate, and event planner visits

  • Generate bookings for banquets, parties, corporate programs, and catering services

  • Collect, maintain, and report customer feedback to management

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong customer relationship management ability

  • Willingness to visit corporate offices and event clients

  • Presentable, confident, and target-oriented

  • Basic computer and reporting skills

 

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Graduate from a recognized institution

Experience

 

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in restaurant, banquet, hotel, event, or hospitality marketing will be an advantage
