Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally and politely.

2. Take ownership of customer queries, dealing with them efficiently and professionally.

3. Representing the company to the clients over the phone, communicate with them regarding the products and convince them to generate sales.

4. Maintaining the telephone registers, couriers and other necessary documents and reporting.

5. Working effectively with internal departments to ensure customer service. 


- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English both written and oral with a strong sense of responsibility. 

- Smart, dedicated and able to convince others.
