Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant and banquet hall.
  • Visit nearby offices, institutions, and event organizers to generate leads and bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients for party, wedding, or corporate event bookings.
  • Handle inquiries and follow-up communication with clients both online and offline.
  • Manage and grow social media presence through content coordination in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Distribute flyers and promotional materials in the local area.
  • Coordinate with management to develop promotional offers and packages.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to suggest improvements.
  • Represent the business at local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Familiar with the local area and event culture.
  • Must be comfortable with outdoor visits and field marketing.

Education

Minimum HSC or equivalent.

Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or promotional roles preferred.

Other Details

Must have access to a smartphone and be active on social media.

Basic knowledge of Facebook promotions and WhatsApp communication.

Willing to work on weekends and during event hours if needed.

Honest, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
