Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain professional behavior and good manners with clients and employees.

  • Supervise and monitor all employees to ensure work is done properly and on time.

  • Provide regular updates to management about employee performance and work progress.

  • Check whether employees are completing their tasks correctly and identify if any work is pending or incomplete.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the consultancy office.

  • Maintain discipline and productivity among staff members.

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be hardworking and responsible.

  • Should be dedicated to the job and willing to work seriously.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a team and solve problems effectively.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Business-related background will be preferred.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in management, office supervision, or consultancy-related work is preferred.

Other Details

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 Negotiable based on experience
