As an Operation Manager and Lead. of Corporate Sales; you need to always ensure smooth operation that includes advance planning and effective execution, besides leading corporate sales.
To generate/ source the sales as well as process which will include working with sales team to develop the company's position and customer base within the corporate arena.
To develop the relationship with customers/ clients, ensure the profitability of company, increase the customers' loyalty and satisfaction, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential new targets.
Responsible for achieving sales target
To identify business development opportunities with existing and new potential clients.
To establish strong customers' relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers/ clients regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, services and other issues.
To contact corporate customers via emails and phone calls to offer the products & services.
To visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss about the products & services and explain how it will meet customers' requirements.
To deliver sales speech and presentations to clients, highlight the benefits of products to influence the purchase decisions.
To collaborate with the operations, marketing, support departments to develop and implement plans effectively for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
To conduct product display, market trends analysis, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
Responsible for collecting the payment on time and monthly business meeting with top management and providing market feedback
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Age 30 to 45 years
Good at Ms-Office Suite Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint.
Have knowledge about the relevant industry/ products.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
Strong Communication & Negotiation skills.
Minimum Graduation from reputed University.
Candidate having relevant work experiences/ industry exposures will get privilege.
At least 3 years
