Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain document management policies and procedures.

- Coordinate document collection and review with consultants and clients.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related documents.

- Monitor document changes and revisions.

- Train staff on document management best practices.

- Conduct audits to improve processes and ensure compliance.

- Assist in preparing documents for client presentations.

- Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

- Must be patient and focused in doing research.

Excellent English skills both in written and verbal.

- Creative Thinking and Smart.

- Standard computer skills, such as - MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Self-Motivated Team Player.

- Dedicated to working hard and must bear a friendly attitude.

Education

- Graduation Completed.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in relative field.
