- Responsible for planning, controlling, and ordering food and beverages for a hospitality business.
- They ensure that orders are top quality and that they will not run out of anything before the next delivery.
- Plan, forecast, execute orders and ensure that provisions are made accurately, on budget and to suffice the needs of the hotel until the next order is made.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs MS Office, restaurant management software, POS.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
Graduation.
