Job Responsibilities

- Receive and handle all quires of customers as per standard operational procedure.

- Ensure solutions of every problem within given time.

- Communicate with vendors and other stakeholders.

- Responsible for collecting customers feedback & provide it to the management as per requirment.

- Performing basic administrative tasks like answering the phone, emails etc.

- Any other tasks given from management.

Requirements

Excellent English skills both in written and verbal.

- Computer communication skills with university. 

- Standard computer skills, such as - MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Self-Motivated Team Player.

- Dedicated to working hard and must bear a friendly attitude.

Education

- Graduation / Masters.

Experience

1 Year. Freshers are encourage for apply.
