Job Responsibilities

- Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.

- Operate and maintain office computer systems and software applications.

- Enter and update data in school management systems.

- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.

- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for office equipment.

- Assist with record-keeping and documentation for students and staff.

- Coordinate with various departments for administrative tasks.

- Support the administrative team with any other duties as assigned.


- Basic knowledge of computer operations and IT troubleshooting.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
