- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of reception and surrounding areas.
- Assist clients and visitors with inquiries about the company's products and services.
- Collect necessary information from visitors and generate identification in CMST and connect to concern person.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, filing, and mail handling.
- Monitor employee movement and keep records.
- Inform visitors or students about the importance of IDs.
- Pass student IDs to relevant personnel.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and staff, ensuring accurate communication.
- Support clients in navigating online platforms for property searches.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or visitors.
- Maintain biometric system functionality if used.
- Perform other assigned tasks to support office operations.
- Studied in Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Graduation complete from any recognized university.
