Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and foster collaboration.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering productive relationships.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business success.

- Proficiency in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience in the education sector or related industries is advantageous but not essential.

Education

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
