Job Responsibilities

- Managing email of prospective client, sending relevant information, uploading application & completion and complete internal documentation process
- Respond to existing consumer inquiries by email and phone.
- Advise clients on preparing their documents, collecting documents from the clients and forwarding them to the concerned department.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintaining positive communication to retain clients.
- Updating credit control information and due clearance.
- Collaborate with internal teams like senior management to address client’s needs.

Requirements

- Good command over English language.
- Standard leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must have a flexible attitude.
- Able to work with multiple portfolio and timely reporting.

2 days Saturday & Sunday weekend 

Working Hour: 1:30 pm to 9:00 PM for female
1:30 pm to 10:00 PM for male

Education

Graduate.

Experience

Freshers. Candidate having experience Student Counselor for abroad study will receive preference.
