Job Responsibilities

The purpose of an Attendance Verification Coordinator is to accurately record employee attendance, ensure proper tracking of vacation and sick leave, and maintain records of employee hours in accordance with company policies. The responsible for monitoring the accuracy of employee weekly  time sheets and providing timely and accurate reports to the appropriate department. The Attendance Verification will also be responsible for responding to employee inquiries regarding attendance and payroll issues.

 

Job Responsibility:

 

  • Collect and record employee attendance data
  • Manage and Maintain  daily attendance records and HHA Exchange
  • Provide guidance to staff regarding attendance policies and procedures
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records for accuracy
  • Prepare and submit attendance reports
  • Collect missing time sheets .
  • Verify attendance accuracy
  • Support payroll de team with recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience will be given preference and also freshers can apply .
  • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • You have to talk throughout the full shift in English, Don't bother if you are not a good English Speaker.
  • Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
  • Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • It's a night shift job, So, don't apply if you are not a night hawk.
  • If you don't want to show up for interview, don't apply.
  • Last but not least " No late & absents" are allowed.

 

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/  Computer engineering / Marketing / Management /Economics / any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.
  • A Level & O Leve will be given preference

Experience

  • Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 Monthly
  • Performance bonus and  Yearly  2 Festival Bonus .
  • Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
