Job Responsibilities

1. Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding,
promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
2. Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the
latest marketing techniques.
3. Assisting clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely
and professional manner.
4. Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual
client requirements.
5. Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
6. Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products
are brand appropriate.
7. Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads,
and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
8. Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets clients’
requirements.

Requirements

- Age 20 to 35 years
- Preferred Professional Certification- Graphics Design, Social Media Management & Client     Relationship.
- Skills Required: Creative Content Lead, Copywriting, good ideas about design, good ideas about social media management.

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Minimum digital experience or Related to this section particularly with,
but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.
3. A solid understanding of design & Color concepts, copywriting, and web
practices.
4. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel
marketing models.
6. Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience or Experience in this section.
The applicants should have experience in the following Business Area- Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing.
-Fresher is also courageous to apply Conditional.

Other Details

- Work at the office.
