Job Responsibilities

- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.

- Providing information to customers.

- Closing sales deals.

- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

- Updating customer details.

Requirements

- Must have Computer Skill.

- Communication skill in English and Bangla.

- Excellent command in English is required.

- English medium background is preferred.

Education

Graduation .

Experience

- Freshers. 

Other Details

Duty Time: 8 PM to 4 AM.

Salary: BDT 12000 - BDT 15000. + Attractive Commission.

Work at Office.
