• Able to provide client support over the phone or by visiting user end. • Visiting user end for troubleshooting for confirm smooth service. • Configure and troubleshooting of PPPoE, RADIUS etc. services. • Doing primary level logical work like ONU VLAN tagging, Creating new account and related tasks. • Good knowledge about MikroTik, different types of OLT and ONU. • All assigned task by your line manager.
- Age 22 to 35 years - Experience in customer support in ISP add advantage - Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point - CCNA & MTCNA or equivalent authority certification will add advantage - Sound knowledge on fiber network, OLT, ONU - Must have excellent people management capability - Expertise on Primary level logical check and fault handling - Knowledge on basic networking processes. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Friendly and team worker and good communication with client and colleagues - Work under pressure.
- Bachelor of Science B.Sc. in CSE from reputed Public or Private university / Diploma in CSE - Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA add advantage not necessary.
- At least 1 years, fresher’s are also encourage for apply. - Experience in the following areas: ISP Technology it will add more advantage.
