Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.


- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering productive relationships.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business success.

- Proficiency in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience in the education sector or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
