Job Responsibilities
- Record high-quality online training videos for Xero and QuickBooks.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and case studies.
- Deliver practical training on bookkeeping, VAT, bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts preparation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure all training content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Work with the management team to develop new accounting courses.
- Review and improve existing training materials when required.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience using Xero and QuickBooks.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
- Previous experience as a tutor, lecturer, trainer, or teacher.
- Experience creating online learning content or recorded video courses.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related subject.

Xero Advisor or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is an advantage.

ACCA, CIMA, ACA, AAT, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
Experience
Strong practical experience with Xero and QuickBooks, including creating online learning content and recorded video courses.
