Job Responsibilities

• Monitor IT Servers and Systems.
• Direct Physical & Logical Support to all Corporate & Retail Clients.
• Resolve Help Desk Escalations.
• Ensure quality Support work delivery to Company clients.
• ISP Customers Support & Solutions & must have good knowledge – experience in ISP field.

Requirements

• Maintain constant communication with Office management, staff, Fiber Technicians and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization.

• Must have knowledge about all kinds of Wi-Fi Routers Configurations – setup & detail knowledge about Mikrotik Routers.  

• Actively pursue strategic and Technical Support operational objectives.

• Ensure operational activities remain on time.

• Plays a significant role in your all assigned Job activities.

Education

Diploma.
