Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Process commission claim reports, invoices, and P/O.
- Prepare and review ledger balances and monthly accounts.
- Handle overall company income and expenses accounts.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s financial systems or database.
- Act as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues.
- Work within a team and independently with commitment, dedication, and trust.
- Negotiating with clients and closing or opening Applicants' contracts or deeds.
- Support other relevant activities as needed for the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Up-to-date IT skills and computer proficiency.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience in using Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Google Spreadsheet & Google Drive.
- High proficiency in English and Accounting.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
