Job Responsibilities

1. Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options and necessary to establish and maintain connections with airlines that operate both online and offline.

2. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.

3. Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.

4. Attract individuals and groups to take the service and build a strong connection.

5. To maintain close communication with the relevant clients at all times on the progress of the reservations.

6. Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements

- A positive and competitive attitude with the drive to succeed bearing a strong work ethic.

- Willing to learn continuously and handle unexpected situations.

- Sensitive to customer needs and requirements.

- Excellent English skills in both verbal and written form.

- Advanced knowledge of computer applications.

- Excellent computer skills.

Education

Minimum HSC.

Experience

1 Year. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
