Job Responsibilities

- Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WiFi etc.
- Configure and Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN.
- Configure Customer Network Devices.
- Ensure Customer Support over Phone, Email, Remote Access or Physical Presence if required.
- Monitor Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.
- Attending incoming Call and receive complain of wholesale Customer.
- Communicate with core and NOC team.

Requirements

- Age 22 to 35 years
- Have working experience with Network Devices like Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper etc.
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi Router and Access Point
- Basic idea about Routing Protocols.
- Have to Good Communication skill in English both written and orally.
- Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Maintain good communication with Clients and Colleagues.
- Ability to utilize applications required for Office Management.
- Obey all the rules and regulations of the Organization.
- The reputation of the organization should be kept intact by working with devotion and honesty with 100% responsibility.

Education

- Bachelor of Science B.Sc. in CSE from reputed Public or Private university
- Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA / MTCNA

Experience

- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas: ISP, IIG
- Experienced to configure MikroTik router, Switches and OLT
