Job Responsibilities

- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately by answering or referring inquiries in a polite manner.

- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatch them to the concerned end by maintaining a proper register.

- Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding or screening calls as necessary.

- Monitor, organize and forward emails.

- Sorting and distributing mail.

- Scheduling appointments.

- Maintain records and files.

Requirements

- Must have fluency in English.

- Standard Communication skills.

- Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Education

Masters / Graduation.

Experience

1 Year.
